- 2 oz jalapeño-infused tequila
- 1 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz orange liqueur
- 0.5 oz agave syrup
- 2 clementines peeled
- Tajín for rimming
- Lime wedge for rimming
Prepare the Glass: Run a lime wedge along the rim of a rocks glass, then dip it into Tajín to coat the edge. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
Muddle the Clementines: In a shaker, add the peeled clementines and muddle well to release their juice.
Mix the Cocktail: Add jalapeño-infused tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain and Serve: Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish: Optionally, add a clementine wedge or jalapeño slice for an extra pop of color and spice.
