- 2 oz white rum
- ½ oz blue curaçao
- ½ oz cream of coconut
- ½ lime cut into wedges
- 4 blueberries
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 3 oz club soda
- Garnish: mint sprig and a few blueberries
Muddle: In the bottom of a highball glass, muddle the lime wedges, blueberries, mint leaves, and cream of coconut until juicy and fragrant.
Add Spirits: Add white rum and blue curaçao. Stir or shake briefly to combine.
Build the Drink: Fill the glass with crushed ice, then top with club soda. Stir gently.
Garnish: Add a sprig of mint and a lime wedge on top.
