Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 2-3 Strawberries cut up
  • 1 Strawberry sliced in half for garnish
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 3/4 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Place the cut-up strawberries, white rum, and strawberry simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle the mixture until the strawberries are well mashed and the flavors are released.
  • Add the coconut cream and ice to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds to ensure a creamy consistency.
  • Fill a cocktail glass halfway with ice.
  • Add the remaining cut-up strawberries to the glass, then fill the rest of the way with ice.
  • Strain the contents of the shaker over the ice in the cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with the remaining strawberry slice.
