Muddle the mixture until the strawberries are well mashed and the flavors are released.
Add the coconut cream and ice to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds to ensure a creamy consistency.
Fill a cocktail glass halfway with ice.
Add the remaining cut-up strawberries to the glass, then fill the rest of the way with ice.
Strain the contents of the shaker over the ice in the cocktail glass.
Garnish with the remaining strawberry slice.
