Try the Strawberry Spritz cocktail. Fresh strawberries, Aperol, prosecco, and a touch of mint make it perfect. Mix now.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Strawberry simple syrup
  • 3 oz prosecco to top
  • club soda to top
  • Fresh mint leaves or strawberry slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Add strawberry syrup and lemon juice to the glass.
  • Pour in the Aperol.
  • Top with prosecco and club soda.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a strawberry slice on the rim of the glass.
