Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 0.75 ounce strawberry liqueur
  • 0.5 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • strawberries diced
  • Crunch topping
  • Agave Syrup for rimming the glass
  • Strawberry for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the diced strawberries with the simple syrup until well combined.
  • Add the vanilla vodka and strawberry liqueur to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake it well to chill and blend the ingredients.
  • Prepare your rocks glass by brushing the rim with agave and sprinkling some crunch topping over it.
  • Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into your prepped glass and pour the cocktail over it
  • Garnish with a strawberry!
