- 1 oz agave syrup
- 1.5 oz tequila
- Lime Juice
- Kumquats halved

Brush the rim of your rocks glass with agave syrup and dip it into Tajin for a zesty coating. Set the glass aside.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the halved kumquats and sliced strawberries until they are well mashed and their juices are released.
