Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 1 lemon slice for garnish
  • 2 strawberry for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the small strawberry in the bottom of a wine glass and muddle until it's broken into small pieces.
  • Pour in the limoncello and add ice, then stir to cool the drink.
  • Top with sparkling water and Prosecco, and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon and a small strawberry slice.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Pro Tips
  • Use freshly picked strawberries for a sweeter, more vibrant flavor.
  • Chill the Prosecco and glass beforehand to keep the drink crisp and refreshing.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less limoncello to taste.
