Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cazadores Blanco Tequila

  • 0.5 oz maraschino liqueur

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Lime wheel or cherry for garnish

Instructions

  • Dry Shake: Add tequila, crème de violette, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds without ice to create a rich, frothy texture.
  • Shake Again: Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain and Serve: Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass for a smooth, silky consistency.
  • Garnish: Finish with a lime wheel or a cherry for an elegant touch.
