  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • 2 oz rum
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • Cocoa powder for garnish
  • Ladyfinger cookie or coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  • Rub the rim of a short glass with water, an ice cube, or a splash of the rum. Dip the rim into a small plate of sugar, ensuring an even coating.
  • Fill the prepared glass with ice. Pour in the Kahlua, rum, and heavy cream. Stir gently to combine.
  • Lightly sprinkle cocoa powder over the sugared rim and the surface of the drink.
  • Add a ladyfinger cookie or a few coffee beans as a garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy the tiramisu-inspired flavors.
