Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Bourbon
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce honey syrup
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • Ginger beer
  • Osmo x Four Roses Toasted Vanilla Bourbon Salt for rimming
  • Fresh strawberry for garnish
  • Lemon peel for garnish

Instructions

  • Rim your highball glass with Osmo x Four Roses Toasted Vanilla Bourbon Salt by dipping the rim in lemon juice and then into the salt spread on a plate.
  • Add the strawberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle thoroughly to release their juices.
  • Add the Bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice, and aromatic bitters to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and gently stir to combine.
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a twist of lemon peel.
