Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur

Instructions

Prepare the Glass:

  • Chill a martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Brew the Espresso:

  • Prepare a shot of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop Moka pot, etc.). Let it cool slightly.

Mix the Ingredients:

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Pour in the 2 oz of vodka and 1 oz of coffee liqueur.
  • Add the shot of espresso.

Shake:

  • Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Strain and Serve:

  • Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish (Optional):

  • Garnish with a few coffee beans or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for an extra touch.
