Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • oz white chocolate liqueur
  • ¼ oz amaretto
  • tbsp pistachio cream
  • Crushed pistachios for garnish (optional)
  • Shaved white chocolate for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • If garnishing, dip the rim of your chilled martini or coupe glass in a bit of white chocolate liqueur, then coat it with crushed pistachios for a festive touch.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, amaretto, pistachio cream, and ice.
  • Shake vigorously for about 20–30 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass, using a fine strainer if desired for a smoother texture.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios or a few shavings of white chocolate if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this decadent, creamy treat.
