Ingredients

  • 3 oz coconut milk
  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine matcha powder, brown sugar, white chocolate liqueur, and vanilla vodka. Use a mini hand frother or whisk to mix the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  • Add coconut milk, a dash of cinnamon, and a scoop of ice to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
  • Strain the mixture over fresh ice in a highball glass.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick for an extra touch of spice and visual appeal.
