Ingredients
- .75 oz Juliette Liqueur
- .75 oz Dry Vermouth
- .75 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- Brut Champagne
Instructions
- Combine Juliette, dry vermouth, lemon juice and bitters with ice and shake until cold
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Champagne
