- 1 dash Grapefruit Bitters
- 2 drops Saline Solution
- 1 can Cutwater Tequila Paloma
- ¼ oz Lime Juice
- Frozen Highball glass
- Hand cut clear ice cubes
- Grapefruit peel garnish expressed, rolled up, and placed on top
Instructions
