Make a smooth Vanilla Gin Sour. Shake Rivi gin, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, and egg white for a delicious cocktail. It’s a great twist on a classic sour.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Rivi Gin Original Gin
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Vanilla Syrup
- 1 Egg White optional
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters for Garnish
- Lemon Twist for Garnish
Instructions
- Dry shake gin, lemon juice, vanilla syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake for 30 seconds (skip this step if not using an egg white)
- Wet shake by adding ice to your shaker and shake well until chilled and frost forms on the shaker.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass (or rocks glass with ice).
- Add bitters and lemon twist for garnish
