Ingredients
- 2 oz Sparkling Wine
- 1.5 oz Gin
- .75oz Juliette Liqueur
- .75oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- .5oz 2:1 Simple Syrup
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- Lemon Peel
Instructions
- Combine Juliette, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters with ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into an ice-filled, tall chilled glass.
- Top with sparkling wine and garnish with lemon peel.
