The Japanese Flip” is a velvety concoction featuring rich Cognac, almond Orgeat, and a unique blend of Angostura and Sakura bitters. The addition of a whole egg lends a creamy texture to this delightful cocktail, offering a harmonious fusion of flavors with a Japanese twist
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Cognac
- 3/4 oz. Almond Orgeat
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dash Sakura Bitters
- 1 Whole Egg
- Garnish: Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake
- Add Ice
- Shake
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
- Garnish with Cinnamon
