A balanced sweetness of tart kiwis with lime juice and tequila makes a good Kiwi Margarita.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 ripe kiwi peeled and sliced
  • Salt or sugar for the rim
  • Kiwi slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare your Margarita glass by rimming it with salt or sugar.
  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi
  • Combine the tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and ice.
  • Shake
  • If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh to remove any kiwi seeds.
