  • 1 ounce grappa or 30 ml

Instructions

  • Brew the Espresso:
  • Start by brewing a strong shot of espresso.
  • If you have an espresso machine, follow its instructions to pull a perfect shot. Otherwise, you can use a stovetop Moka pot to make a strong coffee that’s close to espresso.
  • Add the Grappa:
  • Pour the shot of grappa directly into the hot espresso. The traditional way is to serve the espresso in a small espresso cup and then add the grappa to it.
  • Stir Gently:
  • With a small spoon, gently stir the grappa into the espresso to ensure they’re well combined.
