Make your cocktail hour happy with a Raspberry Cosmopolitan. This sophisticated drink combines the tangy raspberries with a citrus kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur or raspberry-flavored syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz cranberry juice
  • Fresh raspberries and lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your shaker with ice.
  • Pour the vodka, raspberry liqueur (or syrup), lime juice, and cranberry juice into the shaker.
  • Shake it up really well until it's nice and cold.
  • Strain the mix into your chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a couple of fresh raspberries on top.

    This drink is delicious! I used white cranberry juice because that’s what I had on hand and it made a beautiful cocktail. I’ll definitely be making this again
