Manhattan Project

This drink was inspired by the Oppenheimer film.

“The Manhattan Project” cocktail is a contemporary twist on the classic Manhattan, showcasing a harmonious blend of the robust Redemption Rye Whisky with the dark and herbal notes of Averna Amaro. The inclusion of Amontillado Sherry, specifically Lustau Los Arcos, introduces a nutty richness that balances the drink’s sweetness. A spritz of orange oil brightens the profile, providing aromatic citrus top notes, while a Luxardo cherry, revered for its authentic maraschino flavor, graces the drink as both garnish and delightful treat. This concoction pays homage to the original with a sophisticated and modern edge.
