Taste the clash of sweet and sour by creating a Rhymes with Orange. Just follow our easy-to-follow recipe and instructions.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rye whiskey ideally Spritus
  • 1 oz Sweet vermouth
  • ½ oz Ramazzotti Amaro
  • 3 dashes Orange bitters
  • A splash of peated Scotch whisky
  • Flamed orange zest twist for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing glass filled three-quarters with ice, pour the orange bitters down the side to ensure they settle at the bottom.
  • Combine the sweet vermouth and amaro in a jigger, then add this mixture to the mixing glass.
  • Follow by adding the rye whiskey to the mix.
  • Stir all the ingredients thoroughly with ice until perfectly blended.
  • Strain the well-mixed concoction into the chilled glass, ideally over a substantial ice cube or block to maintain the drink's chill without rapid dilution.
  • Finally, garnish your Rhymes With Orange cocktail with a flamed orange zest twist. The flaming zest not only imparts a touch of sweetness but also adds a dramatic flair to your drink.
