  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add 1 oz of Apricot puree, 1 oz of Grapefruit Juice, 1.5 oz of Tequila, and ½ oz of Simple Syrup.

  • Top off with a splash of Club Soda.
  • Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or lemon.
