Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Apricot puree
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Top with Sparkling Water
  • Lemon wheel and apricot slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add 2 oz vodka, 1 oz apricot puree, 1 oz fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  • Fill a glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
  • Top off with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel and an apricot slice.
