Ingredients

  • 1 ounce cognac
  • 1 ounce light rum
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • ¼ ounce lemon juice
  • orange peel or lemon peel twist for garnish

Instructions

  • Put ice in a shaker. Combine the light rum, lemon juice, triple sec, and cognac. Shake until the drink has chilled.
  • Pour the cocktail through the strainer into the chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish the glass with a twist of orange or lemon peel.
  • Serve and enjoy!
