Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Blackberry Jam
  • Fresh Blackberries for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the blackberry jam, gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and cream.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
  • Fill your cocktail glass with ice.
  • Strain the mixture from the shaker over the ice in the cocktail glass.
