Level up your cocktail with our recipe for Blackberry Gin Fizz. Combined gin, blackberries, lemon juice, and soda water, this fizz is light and flavorful.


  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 6-8 blackberries
  • Soda water
  • A few blackberries and a lemon twist for garnish


  • In the shaker, muddle the blackberries to release their juice.
  • Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake it vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top the drink off with soda water.
  • Garnish with a few blackberries and a lemon twist.
