Raspberry Gin Fizz recipe blends the botanical richness of gin with the sweet and tart raspberries.


  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 oz raspberry syrup
  • Soda water to top up
  • Fresh raspberries and a lemon slice for garnish


  • In your cocktail shaker, muddle a handful of fresh raspberries to release their juice.
  • Add the gin, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake it well until it's chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top it off with soda water.
