Savor the sweet and sour balance of a Raspberry Collins with a berry twist, featuring juicy raspberries, lemon juice, and soda water.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 4-6 fresh raspberries plus more for garnish
  • Soda water to top off
  • A slice of lemon and a sprig of mint for garnish

Instructions

  • In your shaker, muddle the raspberries with the simple syrup to release their flavors.
  • Add the gin, lemon juice, and a handful of ice cubes. Shake it well.
  • Strain the mixture into your Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top it off with soda water.
  • Garnish with a few raspberries, a lemon slice, and a mint sprig.
