Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 1/2 oz passion fruit pulp (from about 3-4 small passion fruits)
  • 1/2 oz granulated sugar
  • 2 oz Passion Vodka adjust based on glass size; for an 8 oz glass
  • Mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit:

  • In a glass, add the lime wedges and granulated sugar.
  • Muddle them together firmly to extract the juice from the lime and to dissolve the sugar partially. The lime and sugar mix should become fragrant and juicy.

Add Passion Fruit:

  • Scoop the passion fruit pulp into the glass. Stir well to combine with the muddled lime and sugar, mixing thoroughly to release all the flavors.

Add Ice:

  • Fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice. Stir the mixture with a spoon to chill and combine the flavors evenly.

Pour the Vodka:

  • Measure and pour the Passion Vodka over the ice. Stir well so that the vodka mixes uniformly with the muddled fruit and sugar. The amount of vodka can be adjusted based on how strong you want your cocktail to be and the size of your glass.

Garnish and Serve:

  • If using, add a few mint leaves on top for a refreshing garnish.
  • Give the cocktail a final stir and serve immediately.
