A perfect blend of tangy passion fruit, smooth tequila, and a hint of lime.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila preferably silver for its crisp, clean taste
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
  • 1 oz passion fruit puree or syrup
  • Salt for rimming the glass optional
  • Lime wheel and passion fruit for garnish

Instructions

  • If you're rimming your glass with salt, start by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and then dip it into salt.
  • In your cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, passion fruit puree, triple sec, and ice.
  • Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  • Strain into your prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and a passion fruit half to serve.
