Enjoy the Raspberry Mojito recipe with a blend of fresh raspberries, mint, white rum, and lime.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 6-8 fresh raspberries
  • 8 fresh mint leaves plus a sprig for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Soda water to top up
  • Lime slice and extra raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • In your glass, muddle the raspberries, mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar together. You want to gently press them to release the flavors, not smash them to bits.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the white rum over the ice.
  • Top up with soda water.
  • Stir everything together.
  • Garnish with a lime slice, extra raspberries, and a sprig of mint.
