Combining our silver Rum 44, sparkling wine, orange curaçao, fresh lime juice and an orange peel garnish, this bubbly cocktail is great for toasting or for brunch!

Ingredients
- .25 oz. Simple Syrup
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Orange Curacao
- 1.5 oz. Mad River Distillers Rum 44
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz. Dry Sparkling Wine
Instructions
1. In a shaker, combine the Rum 44 with simple syrup, lime juice, orange curaçao and Angostura bitters.
2. Add ice to the shaker, then shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a flute glass, then top with the dry sparkling wine.
4. Add an orange peel for garnish.
