Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 0.75 ounce lime juice
  • Grapes
  • mint leaves
  • Prosecco
  • Mint sprig and Grapes for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the grapes with the simple syrup until well combined.
  • Add the fresh squeezed lime juice, mint leaves, and light rum to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake it well, then pour everything into your glass.
  • Add some crushed ice to the glass to top it off.
  • Top with Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and a few grapes. You're all set!
