Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • 1.5 oz peach schnapps
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • peach slice for muddling
  • Peach wedge for garnish
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Start by muddling the fresh peach slice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker to release its juices and flavor.
  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add the white rum, peach schnapps, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake well to combine and chill the ingredients.
  • Fill the rocks glass with ice.
  • Strain the mixture over the ice in each glass.
  • Garnish with a peach wedge and a sprig of fresh mint for a vibrant and aromatic touch.
