A great Valentine’s Day drink, this cocktail combines Maple Cask Rum with Benedictine, Banana Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup and Angostura Bitters.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Mad River Distillers Maple Cask Rum
  • .5 oz. Benedictine
  • .5 oz. Banana Liqueur
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .25 oz. Maple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake, then strain contents into a coupe glass.
3. Serve and enjoy!
