The Spiced Rum Mojito is an imaginative rendition of the classic Cuban cocktail, crafted with its sweet and spicy symphony.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Spiced Rum
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Club Soda

Instructions

  • Begin by filling a highball glass with crushed ice.
  • Add a handful of fresh mint leaves to the glass. Using a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon, gently muddle the mint leaves to release their oils.
  • Next, add Spiced Rum to the glass.
  • Squeeze in the juice of half a lime and add simple syrup.
  • Fill the glass with club soda and give everything a quick stir.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wedge.
  • Serve and enjoy your delicious Spiced Rum Mojito!
