Ingredients

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  • Lime wedge for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Measure and pour the coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and sweet and sour mix into the shaker.
  • Secure the lid and shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled.
  • Strain the drink into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Optionally, garnish with a lime wedge.
  • Stir gently to blend the flavors, then serve and enjoy.
