Ingredients

  • 1 slice watermelon approximately 1 cup, cubed
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3 oz champagne or Prosecco

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon:

  • Remove the seeds from the watermelon slice.
  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and place them in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth to create fresh watermelon juice. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve.

Mix the Drink:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of AU Vodka, 1 oz of triple sec, and 1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice.
  • Add the watermelon juice to the shaker.

Shake:

  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Serve:

  • Strain the mixture into a large glass filled with ice.

Top with Bubbles:

  • Top off the drink with 3 oz of champagne or Prosecco.

Garnish:
