Ingredients

  • cups seedless watermelon chunks about 5.3 oz
  • 1.5 oz citrus vodka
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • Watermelon wedge and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon Juice:

  • Blend the seedless watermelon chunks in a blender until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl or a measuring cup to remove any pulp. You should get about 4-5 oz of watermelon juice.

Mix the Cocktail:

  • Fill a copper mug or a glass with ice.
  • Pour in the citrus vodka and lime juice.
  • Add the fresh watermelon juice (use about 3 oz, and save the rest for another drink or as desired).
  • Top with ginger beer and gently stir to combine.

Garnish:

  • Garnish with a watermelon wedge and a few fresh mint leaves.
