- 1 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 oz raspberry syrup
- Soda water to top up
- Fresh raspberries and a lemon slice for garnish
Instructions
- In your cocktail shaker, muddle a handful of fresh raspberries to release their juice.
- Add the gin, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake it well until it's chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
