Ingredients

  • 1/4 pink dragon fruit
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • Optional: Simple syrup to taste
  • Garnish: Slice of pink dragon fruit or lemon twist

Instructions

Prepare the Dragon Fruit:

  • Scoop out the flesh of the 1/4 pink dragon fruit and place it in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the dragon fruit to release its juices.
