Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce vermouth
  • 1 teaspoon absinthe
  • bitters dash

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour in 2 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of vermouth, and a teaspoon of absinthe.
  • Add a dash of bitters for that extra oomph.
  • Shake it like you mean it.
  • Strain into your chilled martini glass.
  • Sip slowly and savor the magic.

Notes

You can also garnish the cocktail with an orange peel twist for an extra touch of flavor.
