Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz prickly pear purée
  • 1 egg white
  • Cucumber slices for muddling
  • Edible flower for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass until fully crushed and juicy.
  • Add the lime juice, simple syrup, prickly pear purée, and vodka to the muddled mixture.
  • In a separate mixing glass, vigorously shake the egg white with the coil from your strainer until frothy.
