Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 3 drops chile bitters
  • 4 cucumber slices
  • Tajin for rimming
  • Agave Syrup for rimming
  • Cucumber slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing your glass. Use a brush or your finger to coat the rim with agave syrup, then roll it in Tajin until evenly coated. Set the glass aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices with simple syrup to release their fresh, cooling flavor.
  • Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and chile bitters to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously to chill and blend the ingredients.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a cucumber slice for a crisp, refreshing touch.
