Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 0.5 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 0.5 ounce Lemon juice
  • 0.5 ounce Grapefruit juice
  • Sparkling wine to top
  • Grapefruit slice for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, dry vermouth, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and fresh grapefruit juice.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to chill and blend the ingredients.
  • Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
