Ingredients

  • 2 limes
  • 4 ounces cold water
  • 2 ounces Cachaca
  • 2 ounces Coconut cream
  • Mint sprig for garnish
  • 3 lime wheels

Instructions

  • Combine the water and quartered limes in a blender, then blend. This helps extract the juice without adding bitterness.
  • Strain the mixture to remove pulp and seeds, leaving you with smooth lime juice.
  • Return the strained lime juice to the blender, and add the Cachaça and coconut cream.
  • Blend briefly to mix everything together, but skip the ice for now.
  • Prepare a rocks glass by adding ice and two lime wheels.
  • Pour the blended cocktail over the ice in your prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and another lime wheel.
  • Enjoy your refreshing drink!
