Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces tequila
  • 0.75 ounce coconut cream
  • 0.5 ounce lime juice
  • 0.5 ounce prickly pear syrup
  • 0.5 ounce orange liqueur
  • Agave syrup for rimming the glass
  • Salt for rimming the glass
  • jalapeño slices for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle jalapeño slices. Add tequila, coconut cream, lime juice, orange liqueur, and prickly pear syrup to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake it well to chill and blend the ingredients.
  • Brush the rim of your serving glass with agave syrup. Dip the rim into salt to coat it evenly, then set the glass aside.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with 2 jalapeño slices. Enjoy your spicy, refreshing cocktail!
