Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Gin
  • 3 ounces Blackberry Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Juice from Half Lemon
  • 2 oz Club Soda

Instructions

  • Prep the Glasses:
  • Chill one Collins glasses in the freezer to keep your drink cool.
  • Mix the Cocktail:
  • In a shaker, combine the gin, blackberry juice, lemon juice, and sugar.
  • Shake well until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
  • Add Ice:
  • Fill the chilled glasses with ice cubes to the top.
  • Pour the Mixture:
  • Strain the mixture from the shaker evenly into the two glasses.
  • Top with Club Soda:
  • Slowly pour club soda into the glasses over the back of a spoon to preserve the fizz.

Notes
